User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy family and I order from here all the time, and have even had several events in the party room. Normally their food is great, but their customer service has always lacked that "friendly go out of the way to make customers happy" atmosphere. Last week we ordered and the entire order was wrong, which we discovered after we got home. We were charged for large items and recieved small ones. As a a person in Management I know how important it is to make customers happy, and I am one to even call when I have had exceptional service, but this experience was far from satisfactory. I spoke with a gentleman who said he was an owner, he was nice, but short and offered a very small credit to try them again, as he claimed he couldn't afford to lose a good customer. He attempted to apologize, but the tone and attitude that I detected was like nails on a chalkboard. I did try again, using my very small credit, the same gentleman took my order, knew who i was and when I picked up the order, it was less than adequate again. So instead of calling back, my family and I decided to no longer frequent this place, there are too many places willing to make it right the first time, and if not, make sure it gets corrected. Therefore, should you go to this Fortels, make sure you know exactly what your ordering, make sure the price is right, and should something be wrong, don't expect to be compensated for anything. And lets not forget about the unfriendly and unaccomodating staff.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgreat pizza: I love their pizza, I like that kind of crust and and their toppings are better than a lot of other restaurants around. It's also nice that they have TV's there to watch if you are there alone or even if you're with friends.

I had the same experience! I went there to eat in, the personel looked grouchy and seemed to be suspicious of the customers like they were going to steal something. the guy who looked the owner sat at a side table near the window and stared as I went by, kind of creepy like. The tone and attitude of the place that I detected was like nails on a chalkboard. Wierd place for sure!!!
