They are Racists!!! If you are anything but caucasian dont go there! I will save you time and money by going to another honda in st.louis!!!! they will not come down on price and they were about 1500 more than st.louis and hueys.
staff is very unfriendly , they know that honda builds great cars so they stick to the price no discounts. Honda should do quality checks on there dealerships because this one would fail! 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI shopped at every(7) Honda dealer in the St.Louis metro area, by far Stephen Vincel Honda was the most friendly, knowledgeable, and most honest dealer of them all, from the receptionist, to the salesman, to the finance guy, and I even met the General Manager, who thanked me for my business.(WOW) I was never once pushed, or jerked around on price like I was at several places. I bought a new Civic, and got a wonderful deal, other dealers were telling me that they don't discount the Civic, when I went to Vincel I never once heard that spew out of the salesmans mouth, he greeted me with a smile, I told him what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay, he took me to the exact car, and in less than 30 min. I was in the finance office paying for my new car, at the price I wanted! Wow, what a novel idea. I have told all of my friends and family about this place, it is truley a wonderful place to do business. Ask for Mike Knollhoff, he was great!!
