User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMy husband and I dine at the Marion O'Charleys around 1-2 times a month. We have always had fairly good service. However today the service was less than adequate. We waited longer than normal. We were never asked if our drink could be refilled. Mostly though my husband asked for a condiment when we ordered, he didn't get it with the meal, so he asked the girl who brought our food, he still didn't get it. At least 5-10 minuets went by before our waitress are anyone else came around. By then my husbands food was no longer hot, he didn't eat it.
We got his meal taken off, but that doesn't excuse the slowness we encountered today.We have decided not to go to Marion O'Charley's again. Just wanted you to know.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsO'Charley's: My husband and I received a gift card for the resturant. Although we felt it rather "loud" we enjoyed our treat. The BBQ Ribs and Chipotle Salmon were very good. The waitress was delighful and the service was excellant. I would reccommend the resturant to anyone without young children.
