    Paulette here to mention the great job POOLCO did for me this summer. May 8th was an awful stormy day. The inland hurricane did so much damage to our property. I called to get an estimate for the damages and POOL CO got right on it. Even faxed over the estimate for me to my insurance company. They let me know how it may take a bit but they had hundreds of estimates to get to. I was impressed with the service. My original pool was not even put in by them. My next one will be. Thanks for good customer service.

    PoolCo has forgotten to "put the customer first." This summer we have been told 5 times we would get a call back first thing in the morning or within the hour. The calls did not happen. We were told numerous times, "We are 2-3 weeks behind schedule and we charge $125/hr. We were once told it would cost $180 to come out to assess pool damage. We have been dealing with this situation for over 5 weeks now. Have no pool and the summer will be over before long. Was told an untruth at one point. There has been no response to our latest email. Not too happy with the service this summer. Our pool was purchased from PoolCo 7 years ago. This is the most trouble we have ever had with service.

    Me & my husband bought a pool here and went back as suppose to for a water check every week. We were new to this and trusted them for accurate info on water & chemicals needed. So they took advantage of us and told us that our water was always wrong and needed this and that. It was always around $500.00 for the chemicals they said we needed. This got very expensive. Of course to many chemicals and our pool crashed, water did all kinds of things but was never right. Very crooked company. We had children that got in the water and all they could think of was their wallet and sales. We had to finally get rid of the pool. So please be very leary and go somewhere else.
