Honest, fast service, and good follow up. This is a great place to buy cars. I have referred friends and family he our salesman and this dealership and they al have great things to say about Royal Gate. We hope your dealership is here for many years to come.

OMG our experience with this dealership was unbelievable! From the rudeness of the finace guy to the lying salesman to the used car sales manager. How does an owner allow his staff to represent his dealership in such a unprofessional manner. each vist to the dealership lasted no less than 2.5 hours. 2 hours of that time was sitting around and waiting. We could never get a straight answer from our salesman R.W. each time he would not be helpful unless we drove there. Each time we made the haul fromour end of town ( saint Peters) we sat and waited for information for over 2 hours each and every time. Our truck purchase experience took us almost 30 days to close. when we did fianlly sign our papers the truck then had to go to detail of course. Guess how long it was in detail? 16 days! Then when we fianlly could come pick up the truck that morning before we arrived a tow truck had hit the back end of the truck causing over $2000 damage, anther 9 days or so for that repair! then when they gave a the "oldman" vehicle to drive as a loaner they did not give us dealer plates... we got a ticket for failure to display proper license! When we fianlly got delivery of our truck...the heat did not work!!! Anotehr trip tot he dealership for repair! Another trip was they kept our truck so long the temp tags expired along with the inspection...another 4 hours Saturday for that one! What else can I say except to go on and on! No one apologized or made efforts to correct just continued lies and passsing the buck! What a mistake... wish we never even bought this truck! Good luck to you if you dare try them!
