    I recently moved to the area and was to referred to Imperial Animal Hospital by a relative. I didn't have a preference of vets, so they assigned me to Dr. Bates. What a nice guy! He really took his time with my "baby" and made us both feel comfortable. She (the dog) didn't really have any health issues - just getting her regular shots. Dr Bates pointed out all of the things I was doing RIGHT with my dog. I left the appointment feeling very encouranged. Also, when I got home I compared my statement to my previous vet's bill. Imperal Animal Hospital fees were much more reasonable. I am glad I found this place.

    It was our first visit for Sophie's haircut and it won't be our last. Very professional atmosphere, yet very comfortable surroundings. Theresa came out to get Sophie, took her and immediately gave her a hug. I knew she was in good hands! And her haircut...too cute, even had Halloween bows on her ears!!!! All animals need to be up to date on their shots, which in my eyes is a good thing, because they're protecting all the animals that come in and out of there. Pricing is very reasonable. Thank you!!!

    My family has used this vet since the 70's when it owned by Dr. Napier and have always had the best care/service. Dr. Bates has been there for almost 25 years and put together a staff that knows what they are doing. I cannot say enough about them - Steve
