I have purchsed a few prom or formal dresses from these guys and the experience has been good, but I'm in the midst of trying to get my wedding dress paid for and cannot get a phone call back from them...so up front purchases are best. The have a great dress selection, just come prepared to take your dress home!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!!! This is one of the best bridal stores I have ever been to! Their selection is AMAZING! They have a better selection and more personalized attention than places like David's bridal. The prices were reasonable and the employees were kind and attentive. I felt like they cared as much about how I looked on my wedding day as I did! They were easy to work with, and they did as many alterations as needed. The dress was priced reasonably and it was perfectly fitted and looked great! I send everyone I know here. Even if you live in St. Louis, it is totally worth the drive!

They were very nice during the purchase and fittings of bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. However, right before the wedding. The the netting underneath the brides dress ripped so badly that she could not take a step without becoming tangled. The maid of honor's dress ripped down the back by the zipper. A guest at the wedding had to be called to do what she could to get the dresses repaired enough for each girl to walk down the aisle. While taking additional pictures after the service, the maid of honor's dress ripped out completely. She wasn't even able to wear it to the reception. When she took it back to the Bridal Garden and requested a refund, they we very rude and refused to refund any of her money. This included the $30 they charged to alter the dress prior to the ceremony. They charged $70 to alter the bride's dress. I would not recommend them for anything.
We also had a issue with one of the tuxes. The pants were several sizes too small. When replacement pants were sent, they were the wrong ones. The correct pants arrive a few hours before the wedding.
All of this added SO much stress to the wedding....
