Ok, I have no idea how the other person who reviewed was able to give this Jack in the Box a 5 stars rating. No, idea. I have been to several Jack in the Box restraunts that have always been busy and full of people and they do a perfect job of excellent customer service and fast service. But I have to say this one dissapointed me imensely. After being the car for over 8 hours on a trip, I was craving a teriaki bowl. My friends had never been to JITB so i was excited. We walk in and there is only an older couple in the store, and they had already ordered and no one in the drive through, so we figured we would get our food fast. The second we walk in the door I notice the manager (with her bright blue hair) yelling on her cell phone about an employee who didnt do thier job right, while 6 other employees just stood around. It took a good 5 minutes for anyone to offer to take our order. Finally the manager takes her cell phone conversation outside and another employee takes our order. Well after about 10 minutes of waiting, they figure out that they dont have any rice made to make my teriaki bowl, and it will be another 20 minute wait. Tell me how does it take you 10 mins to figure out you are out of something when they are the only customer in the store you are cooking for? At that point the elderly man recieves his food, the wrong sandwich of course, and he goes outside to get the manager off the phone. She then comes in, tries to find him the right sandwich and then announces very loudly that the pre made sandwiches had been sitting there for 3 hours and new ones needed to be made! I must say my friends were not impressed and I was completely mindblown at the lack of organization.
