    The delmar gardens nursing center has got to be one of the worse places in the world to work at. The owners treat the employees like criminals, and remotely spy on them via video. Minor infractions such as talking to other employees will land y ou in hot water, and the administrative staff is unkind, snobby and selfish to the point of wanting to tell them off to their face.

    Simply the best in North County! I have visited many in the area and Mom has been in one for rehab several years ago but it didn't even come close to this one. There will always be some problems just because of the nature of the business but this place may be the exception. We have had very minimal issues and they were taken care when brought to the staff's attention. It even beats some assisted living places that are suppose to 'premier' in North County. We just can't say enough about the staff! They do something for every holiday and really make it fun. If your lucky enough to get in, I would say its your best bet in the area. You can also check it on Medicare's website and go to nursing home compare. They consistently get good marks!

    My mother loves this place: She has been living there for 7 mos and dont want the family to bring her any food or snacks and do not wish to leave the place because the food is good and tasty, plenty to keep the residents occupied and the whole staff that i have ran into and spoken with are very sincere about the residents and does it with a smile..
    It is a wonderful place. The head woman in charge does things for the family and friends of the home and their 4th of July celebrations is top of the line for all to enjoy which includes the community surrounding the home.
    I just hope if i have to go to a home; they will have space for me when i need it.
