These people would not know customer service if it came up and bit them on the ass. We got cold food. They offered to replce - I said no - what - more cold food? So, they charged us for an orange juice i barely drank and a soda my son hardly drank. $4.80!! It was gettin' stupid so we walked out after paying the $4.80! DON't GO THERE YOU WILL GET COLD FOOD!

i dont know about this place.: Well I really had never had a "great dining experience there", and there are a lot of factors that contributed to that.
1. I usually go out for breakfast on the weekend mornings, and if I get there too late there are too many people in there & the wait time is too long, (there are a couple of churches around...need I say more?)
2. The service that I have been getting there is at best average.
3. The food & the preparation are close to average, I had noticed that when they are busy there I a pretty big decrease in quality of food perpetration, last time I had gone there my "Eggs benedict" weren’t really pouched, one of them was sliding off my English muffin and the other one was smashed.
Button line.....go to Bob Evan’s, maybe it's another 10-15 minutes to drive but well worth it.

Good Food: I like getting there breakfast item's. They are really good.
