Awful service, slow, lazy and unfriendly. Also, I went through the 24 hr drive through the other night about 1am and they told me over the speaker that they were closed. LOL

Over all I like this McDonalds, however, lately the evening service has not been as good as it was. I have gotten the wrong order several times. I hope the service will get better soon. I used to only go to that McDonalds but recently I have also been going to the Natural Bridge store. They have made many improvements at that McDonalds.

I have to agree that they are lazy i was there on a thursday night it took 45min to get my food and them they did not give me my change. they told me i would get a call at closing and let me know that i was right but no call so i called the next day about 1 pm and it took 30 rings to answer the phone but it kinda late lunch but they do need to inprove there skills with custmers as well not very nice and understaffed badly i think that a place like mickyds has enought money to have employes that care about there sevrice. i think i should be comp for the extra trip there for my time and gass and gass is $3,75 a gal so make sure toi check ur food before u leave and make sure u have the right change
