User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy experience with new management was not so great.
The trainee taking my call did not no specials, prices and after 10 min. could not enter order in computer. Young woman came on the line and instead of apologizing for the delay, berated me when I told her it shouldn't be so difficult to place an order.
When I asked for the manager, she informed me SHE was the manager, but she refused to provide her name.
I think she knew she was out of line. I contacted the district manager re my experience; perhaps he can help her learn how to manage. Meanwhile, there are plenty of pizza places to order from that are just as good if not better.
