User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe purchased our 06 Dodge 3500 in Aug of 05. The Salesmen did a fine job and we have been satisfied with the performance of our truck. HOWEVER I would not recommend them because the service department lacks any kind of decent customer service. I have been called a liar because something was leaking out of the truck and they couldn't find it and if you drop your vehicle off before they open and call to make sure they get it in You might want to follow up with there progress before the afternoon because they won't touch it until after 3pm. I was then told, Oh, didn't you say it would be fine to keep it over night. Instead of that i dropped it off bright and early. I could go on and on....... I am very unhappy!!!!
