well, the previous reviews have made up my mind. I won't be going there!

What a shame that manager Rick is gone! The restaurant is the worse for it. My husband and I have been eating at this Chili's 2 to 3 times a month for over 5 years. We won't eat there again. Since Rick's departure, everything is slipping. We had a nice waiter, but we waited with our food in front of us for over 10 minutes with no utensils or napkins. When we got our utensils, the knives were dirty. We cleaned them ourselves by sacrificing a glass of water and 2 napkins. The beer my husband ordered was in a dirty mug!!!. We had not been offered water, we had to ask for it. When we were shown to our table, the bench was filthy. I stood and no one came so I got a kleenex out of my purse and cleaned the seat myself. We watched as the bus boy cleaned other tables. He simply shoved the food from the table surface on to the floor and no one ever picked it up. Needless to say, he was wiping the tables with a rag I would not have scrubbed my floor with, it was so dingy. There was a waitress, not serving us, who had long hair and was shoving it behind her ears all the time, yes over the food!! We saw no evidence of a manager. When we saw him the week before, he had on dirty clothes and a very unprofessional demeaner. I pointed out to him that his bus boy had long dreadlocks that he was swinging over the tables, he had no comment. I worked food service for several years and I know when restaurants couldn't care less. This restaurant is off our list for good.
