User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is by far and away the best Pizza in NW St. Louis. The rest of the food is hit or miss, but the pizza is always good. The servers and staff are not very friendly and hospitable, but do their job well. The crust is hand tossed thin, the sauce is sweet but not overly sweet. They make their own sausage inhouse and it is great. I believe the cheese is a mixture of provel and mozzarella and delicious. Try it for sure.

I grew up in Maryland Heights eating this pizza. I live in Arnold, MO now and I will drive all the way to Maryland Heights just to get a Serra's Pizza. Absolutley the best pizza in St. Louis, MO.

We drive over 20 minutes every other wee with our 5 kids to get this pizza. Does anyone know of pizza this good around Kirkwood? This pizza is fantastic.

In Kirkwood, Dewey's is really good. They have a lot of choices, and a great beer selection that includes local micro-breweries.

I grew up in Arnold eating El Pagliaci's (I don't know if it is still there) and now live in Maryland Heights. I have never tried Serra's. We going there this weekend.
