All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Me and my girfriend went here and bought a car. 3 days later the dealer called because they could not find our deposit,wich we paid in cash, 2 weeks later the dealer called all her references and told them they were going to call the police for auto theft.
they just wanted more money. not to mention they forgot to give us title transfer paperwork. what a nightmare. just go some ware esle. christler should pull there dealership. they just don't have there act together.

If you are stupid or easily duped, feel free to go here. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. First, my sales guy tried to get at me with numerous sexual advances...he kept calling me even though he didn't have a car to sell me. When he went too far I brought my boyfriend in and he didn't want anything to do with me. I ended up driving past one day and saw the car of my dreams. I picked it out myself, talked to the loan guy myself. The sales guy was still honored his commission, although he didn't do ANYTHING but sexually harass me, and yes, I reported it to his manager. Second, I got the car only through my boyfriend co-signing. About a year later when I had to go back because I got pulled over and found out they never turned the car in as purchased, and the plates I was issued at the bureau were BLANK and linked to nothing, I found out their loan guy was caught doing fraudulent dealings (or something....all they said was he no longer works here, he was unethical) I found out that I COULD have gotten the loan without my boyfriend. By this time, after getting to know the license bureau people (who are notoriously not very nice)VERY WELL, and they were just as annoyed at Jeep Chrysler, I had tickets and court dates that resulted in HEFTY fines for failure to register, although the bureau gave me the plates, they were just not linked to any car. (Oh yeah, when I drove off the lot they put the plates from my old car on the new car which I later learned they should have NEVER done.) I complained AGAIN and tried to get them to reimburse me, and they never responded to my phone calls or letters. I went in and they said they would contact me...but guess what....NOPE! It took over a year of stress, time off work, and money to get their MISTAKES aka B.S. straightened out ans my title. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place ooozes with Evil! Turns out the car I bought was a lemon.....AFTER ALL THAT!

I had to come here to say THANK YOU to All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep, you guys are AWESOME. I had to find a Chrysler/Jeep dealership after Don Brown Dodge Chrysler Jeep Folded. From the start i was greeted with a smile and a willingness to help the whole set up here was PROFESSIONAL, some other dealerships should take note. Ray my Advisor was truly a GREAT help and Corey the mechanical GOD was great as well he even took me to my vehicle and showed me the problem and that he could fix it(NOW THATS SERVICE TO ME LIKE NO OTHER). I've found a place where i've never been MORE SATISFIED. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
