User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI really liked the price US Van lines gave to me for my long distance move to CA. I was a bit offset because I read the first review on here, but I couldn't pass up the price.
I was completely happy with the full service! Chuck did come out to do a visual for me and was completely thorough. They explained to me from the beginning that if my inventory changed so would my price. I did add 4 more boxes so naturally assumed my price would change.
The dispatcher, Mike, I also found very helpful and pleasant. This was a surprise as well because I expected otherwise. They arrived with my things 5 days later! I couldn't believe it!
I hope they move from CA because I wouldn't trust anyone else!-

I recently used US Van Lines to help my family move. I checked several moving companies, and US Van Lines
had the best price for the services offered. They sent 4 movers to our house and the quality of the work along
with the courteous and friendly nature of the movers could not be beat! US Van Lines made what could have been
a very stressful event a smooth and even enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to all my friends. -

I used US Van Lines a month ago for the second time and just like the first time, the experience was great. The last time I moved locally, but last month I used them for a move from Saint Louis to Kansas city. The price I got on the phone was the price I paid when they got there. The saleperson went over the list with me on the phone and since my list was the exact items I moved, my price didn't change. The movers were very polite and patient and when the delivery arrived in Kansas city, all my stuff was intact. I will use them again and would recommend using them to anyone who's moving.
