User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsYou Always have to wait to be seated and you Always are ignored for awhile at your seat. Never a really pleasent experience, but you do tend to get the correct food. The point is, if you want SnS and you are in Sullivan, MO you have just one choice. Hoping they get new management soon.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswe were at this location on dec.26,2008 and stood for 10 minutes to get seated and then when we finally did we waited for at least 20 minutes and were ignored. A couple who came after we did were waited on,so we left. All this time there were at least four people in a group just standing. only one older lady was working. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is the most awesome steak n shake Ive ever visited!! The associates and management there are all on the same page. the place runs like a well oiled machine. I go there for lunch at least 3-4 times a week!
