User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe have bought a Trail Blazer and a Monte in the past 2 years and have had trouble with both. Don Brown Chev service sucks. Have had to take cars in for same probs repetedly. Lady that works in service bay is a real smarta** when you express that your frustrated as to why they are having such prob. getting your car serviced properly. We live within a couple of miles of Brown and now drive more that 8 miles for service.

I have been going to Don Brown for car repairs and service for almost two years now, and I won't go anywhere else. They pay attention to details and do a great job. I'm thinking about making a new car purchase, and I'm 90% sure I will buy it from Don Brown.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAll Around Great Environment: I moved to the St. Louis area last year and was recommended into using Don Brown for my Trailblazer. I have never been treated so kind in my entire life; they listen, rather than tell you and have the nicest staff members of any car service I have ever met. They always greet me with a smile and I know that my truck is getting the best service possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
