Rip Off Headquarters. Buyer beware. Quick Sales with promises, then you are on your own. I traded-down inorder to pay more for an inferior vehicle only to learn that sales comments were unqualified and inaccurate.
I am solely to blame for believing and soley responsible for expense of my great mistake.
Try St. Louis Honda if you want a great car and complete service after the sale. Don't wait to recieve an interpretion of what the sticker reaslly means. eg. XM? Yes. Means XM Ready. Which really means the buyer must pay to install an XM reciever, antenna and pay for the subscription, too.
My dealer's response: "You only get what you pay for". At St. Louis Honda: "XM ready" meant XM installed and two years of XM service, paid.
Better car and better service. St. Louis Honda also called daily to ensure that everything related to the purchase was satisfactory.
No word from Ackerman, whatsoever. Buyer in, sale out
you are on your own.

I purchased a SUV from Toyota Ackerman and I regret that I ever did. There customer service was shitty. They acted as if they didnât acknowledge me once I enter there place of business. After having this vehicle for two days the ABS light came on and the brakes were making this loud funny noise. Took it back to them and they couldnât find anything wrong with it. So I took it to another dealership and they found the problem. Ackerman didnât want to cooperate until I told them that I would call my lawyer. They agreed to pay half in order to fix the problem. I had just paid cash for this vehicle and wasnât about to dish out anymore money. About a month later I found out that it had been in a accident and the dealership told me that the car was a one car owner and hadnât had any accident. I would never send anyone I know to them.

Go in through the internet. All you have to do is send in a request from their webiste. Rebecca is great to work with. She emailed me within a few minutes and answered all of my questions. She gave me a low quote up front and was always available. I highly recomend her. All of the other dealerships sent canned responses and didn't address my questions.
