   This is by far the worst property management company I've ever been in contact with. Beware, they gave their tenants in two buildings 30 days to vacate the property because they want to renovate and sale as condos without providing a full 30 days and after not providing repairs or upkeep on the building or surrounding areas for over a year. Cars were broken in to on a "gated lot" who's gate has been broken, also over a year. The yards were unkept, and the surrounding lighting in the lot, has been out for months, providing a breeding ground for robberies. They did not offer or allow the residents in one building the option to purchase or even view the new condos. Their response to inquiries was to call back in 3 months, and then they sent out 30 day termination letter 2 weeks later and still did not provide or offer the option for other living quarters. Beware, very unprofessional!
