Emmett was a great instructor. He taught everything that you need to know for the driver's test. However, he focused on how to drive in real life situations, such as, highway driving. Also, classes were a good value for the money.

    Beware!!!

Do not waste your time and money with him. I am telling this by experience and mainly to people who are new to driving.

    1) He charges less than others, but he makes sure he takes you to more classes. He never takes us to the driving test after a few classes, though we feel confident. He gives lame reasons. Indirectly he is getting more money out of you.

    2) Speaks continuously to distract you. You can’t concentrate on the driving ,when you are in the learning stage.

    3) Hard to get him on phone. I wasted one month to just contact him on phone !!!!! And even if you get, he is busy to teach you at your desired timing.

    4) Did not teach the car basic functions. One of my friend failed just because she was not able to show the car control buttons (like high beam, defroster) when taking the test. Again his strategy to make you fail and take you again for classes and get more money

Beware!! Do not go for him. I am writing this out of my own and my friends experience.

Points to concentrate when selecting an instructor and taking the test.

    1) Plan properly. If you start taking the classes, try to get the license soon. Do not postpone. When there is a big gap between the classes, it takes time to adjust again to the car, road etc.

    2) Select a good instructor. Check if you are able to understand his accent well, makes you comfortable and talks less ( When I mean less, the unwanted topics other than the car, road and the instructions)
