User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsImo's: Imo's has the best pizza in St.louis.....I love the deluxe!!!..a little more expensive than other pizza places ,but well worth it !!..they also have salads and lots of appetizers to choose from ....try it you'll love it !!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever Again: This is the last time I will EVER visit this Imo's. I actually mean it this time. My last few pizza's have been "marginal" at best. Tonight my son and I got a large hamburger and it was the worst pizza I have ever had from any pizza place. One from Elicias a few years ago was a close 2nd.
We ordered it and ran to the bookstore next door and we were not late returning. It should have been piping hot and delicious. It was dry and tasted like a pizza might taste leftover after days in the fridge and then over cooked when warmed up. I knew when I opened the box that it was not going to be good!
The hamburger chunks were big, and fell off when you picked it up,. It looked like someone was too lazy to crumble it properly. An Imo's pizza should be so 'gooey" that it slides around in the box potentially making a mess! That defintely did not happen!
Also, at least four of the tables were not bussed when we left, and still not bussed when we returned. The place had a dingy, dirty look and I should have listened to my insticts and left immediately.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGood food if they can get the order right, Watson: It just seems that it is consistently wrong. Last order we wanted a turkey sandwich with everything except onion and got turkey only. A Chef salad no ham and got lettuce with cheese. I ordered Black Olives on my pizza among two other toppings and the thing was covered with olives. Not a normal topping but mounded up. If this was an isolated incident, certainly one order being wrong is expected sometime but it is constant. We will never order from there again. When you call and complain, they don't really seem to care and do not fix problems. Stay away! Get your Imo's fix at another location.
