There was question of whether or not I needed a new computer, and they were honest enough to tell me that all I needed was some souped up RAM which they snapped into the back of my computer within 15 minutes toward the end of the day. They defragmented the hard drive, put on a fresh anti-virus program, and know their stuff. Now my computer flies like the demon I always wanted it to be, and I owe it to them. Word-of-mouth sells the business. Here's me talkin' at ya.

A few days ago I took my pc into Clayton Computer because it was have issues staying connected to the internet. I had already tried to fix it myself with a new network card but I didn't work. Within a couple of days they were able to diagnose the problem and identify that there were some operating system problems and some wrong drivers causing a conflict. Additionally they were able to help me get my Microsoft Outlook configured so I could check my work email from home. Altogether I think I paid 59 for the diag, and 89 for all the fixes. They did exactly what they said they would do, and did it in a prompt courteous manner. John was the guy that worked on my computer and he was very informing and professional every step of the way.
