    Worst barbecue I've ever had. I saw them on TV and stopped in going thru St. Louis. Bad mistake, waited forever to get pork jerky covered with bbq sauce. The sauce was good but I've had more tender jerky. Very disappointing!!

    It is an aquired taste; one that I like to try every few months or so, but this last time 3/6/09, 3 pcs of rib tip and 3 skimpy pcs of snoot in a combo. The package was a large foam container when it could have fit the much smaller one. Deception... Never again.

    I heard and read good things about c&k bbq. I arrived there around 1:00 pm and ordered a slab of spare ribs, a pulled pork, and some snoots. The ribs were not good, tough and really fatty. The pulled pork was dry even though they poured sauce all over it. It tasted like left overs from the day before. the snoots were OK some them were so chewy i had to put them in the trash. i got a side of potatoe salad which was the best part of the meal. the sauce is good, a thin tangy tomatoe sauce with a bite of black pepper. im not sure if i'll ever go back but maybe they were having an off day.
