Roto-Rooter Service 11/17/2009
I called Roto-Rooter when I found 3 inches of standing wastewater in the basement. A technician was sent to the house within a half hour of my call and the job was complete within about an hour of the technician's arrival. Service was friendly, very fast, very informative, and reasonably priced - and performed on a terrible cold and rainy night. Thanks! -

Roto-Rooter Service 11/08/2009
Basement flooded Sunday afternoon. Arrived within 30 minutes. Cleared sewer quickly. Technician was very helpful and knowledgable and offered recommendations on how to hopefully prevent this from occuring again. Thanks.
