All I have to say is WOW! Being an Itallian and growing up dining on fine food, all I have to say is this was an incredible meal. Everything was so fresh, so current, so flavorful. Kudos to the Chef. My wife and I will certainly be back next time we are in town from NY. My only complaint was that the meal eventually ended.
This restraunt sucked! For those of you like me that read these reviews trying to find a good restraunt FYI--If you work at this place or are a manager owner what ever stop writing about how well trained your people are, or how cozy of a setting cause the waiter i had was pathetic, food took to long to come out with not that many people in the restraunt to have things backed up, i think the waiter was to busy -jiber jabering or something, to actually fill my glass, the food was ok but nothing to brag of and not worth the drive across town to say the least.I will not be visiting this restraunt again.
We have been here before but this last experience (this evening 4/16) is definitely our last. I don't know what changed, but it was simply a terrible experience. The Calamari was all breading and it would be easier to find chicken at KFC than a piece of Calamari. My wife's Hangar steak was so fatty and difficult to chew that she simply gave up; my duck was just plain tasteless. We were shocked at the slow service and poor quality, scratching our heads...new owners?...new chef(s)?
From past positive experiences to this is difficult to believe. Our comment is: You obviously have chosen to cut corners and it really shows!
We honestly can not remember ever getting such poor quality. Had the food been even reasonably good the prices would not have been an issue, but.........
