Poor Service - They were good to help you find what you want to buy, but good luck getting service after the sale. The stuff under warrenty takes several WEEKS to get fixed.
Bad Service: I took A Reel To Reel There to be service and had ask if they had someone to repaire Tape decks, And there reply was we have a excellent reel to reel tape deck repair man. I took it to them on 7/18/05--and still havent got it back. Im calling Channel two new's teem to get some help.I've talk to them Three different times, Twice to the service center they sent it to, and once to hi fi fo fum, My Patients is gone. Lets see this is 10 months On 4/18/06 on service. I just wonder if my unit is being used for parts for someone elses unit. I guess ILL never know. Wont be back ever again. And to think of buying my McIntosh Stereo from them. They just lost some serious money.
