User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAmazing: Spectrum Hair design has top notch quality. The people who work there are highly skilled and professional. One has been trained by curly girl and works wonders with curly hair. I've had my hair highlighted there as well and i couldn't have asked for a better job. After i went there my mother insisted upon going, and then insisted my sister go as well. It is a little pricey, but well worth every penny.
