i am from kenosha wi and i was visiting family and friends thank goodness
since they kept our car for 3 days!! waiting on a part!!
our ac went out on my van i had extended warranty and they tried to keep my car until they received the money from the warranty company. then after fighting with them they didn't even bring my car to me they made me walk with 2 small children under the age of 3 all the way back to get my car!! the service manager is a real jerk!! we will never do that again!!-

Looked at a vehicle at Southtown and was considering buying it until the salesman ( Mike Font ) began hard pressure tactics. He actually had my wife crying by the time we left. I will never darken their door again

purchased a new dodge truck in 2005 from here and will never go back. the sales dept is real nice till they get your money, then it's adios, you never can reach them again. but to me the real kicker was how mediocre/poor the service dept has been to respond to issues i have had with the truck. yet they're real fast to try to sell you service that isn't covered by warranty. would never buy from them again under any circumstances.
