    THis is my favorite restaurant/cafe in St. Louis. Very healthy, organic food- even the ice cuBes are made with ionized water. You can tast the love in the Vegan Veggie Burger- the Best one on the planet! Mai, the owner, is very nice and sits and chats with me everytime I go in for a visit. She sincerely cares aBout her customers and the health of the planet. One of the few environmentally conscious companies in St. Louis!

    The best organic smoothies: acai bomb w/pineapple, my favorite
    The best organic food: tofu protein wrap w/brown rice and hummus.

    IF you are anywhere near mid-town st.louis/clayton area you cannot pass up this family owned cafe that i've frequented for the last 5 years.

    The menu is huge. The organic smoothies are made with filtered ice;the best i've ever had. the coffee, bubble drinks, wheatgrass, organic lemonade with maple and cayenne pepper all rock.

    It's located in the Schnuck's strip mall, behind the Esquire theater off Clayton Rd. between Big Bend and Skinker.

    Take out and seating available.
