About:It all began 30 years ago, when the main focuses of this eatery were pizza and carryout. Today, it is a well-known restaurant and bar located between the Sunset Hills and Kirkwood areas in South County. It still offers carryout in addition to custom catering that goes by the name "Parties To Go! "Owner Joyce Leimkuehler prides herself on running an establishment with a friendly and casual atmosphere. Visitors return again and again for the food and service. Try a steaming dish of chicken speidini which is the house specialty and you will probably find yourself agreeing.

Many delicious items to choose from, but, Treat yourself... try the Chicken Modiga. If you love chicken you won't be disappointed. Excellent!!

We loved the fried fish, the fried chicken and the house salads. Service is very good. Ask for Diane. Although all waiters are nice.

Wine selection is affordable and tasty.

Pizza is outstanding especially if Joyce (the owner) is making them that night. Otherwise the Pizza is as good as Imo's. Not kidding.

Make a reservation on weekend's it helps.

This is a nice little neighborhood place with above average Italian food. Friendly warm cozy atmosphere. Service is usually good but can be spotty.

My favorite things here are the regular dinner salad with their home made vinegar dressing and the pizza. Dinner servings can be quite large - sometimes enough for 3 meals. Entrees range from $12-22 (approximately).

Parking can be a little tight. They offer a few tables of al fresco dining when the weather is suitable.

One small negative is the bar selection. Avoid the well drinks unless you have a mixer. And as is all too typical, the wine list is poor.

Quibbles aside, this is my favorite "nice" place to go out to eat nearest our house (say, up to a 10 mile radius). Other good choices near Fenton are Nicoletti's (Italian in Twin Oaks), Graham's Grill (seafood in Kirkwood), Helen Fitzgerald's (American in Sunset Hills), Jilly's (American in High Ridge), and Tucker's (steak in Manchester).
