Call ed the out to look at the armrest that has failed and they will not warrant the arm rest cause my cat scratched the couch on the other end of it. Pet damage in any amount anywhere on the furniture voids your warranty on all their products. Owner Matt Phillips Senoir and Junior will not return my calls. Buyer beware. DavidI bought 2 pieces (loveseat / sofa ) in 11/2010. Over 2,000. Delivered at the end of 01/2011. Loveseat damaged on delivery. Reapir tech (Ashley) came out and said "yea...it damaged". It is now 04/03/2011 and I have the same damaged piece sitting in my house. Remember/Caution..this is nothing but an upscale Ashley with a bigger mark-up. Every person that is at my house..they are shocked at what I paid.. I tell them NEVER to buy there...You have been warned04/03/11
