Enjoying a yard with large trees means sharing our drain pipes with roots! These folks come out every year, and they've told us the best time of year for this service, and maintain our sewer lines. No more toilet backups in the middle of a Thanksgiving dinner for 30 family members! (Don't ask-- that was years ago, but our annual Roto-Rooter visit has kept it from happening again. Did I mention that it was the bathroom by the kitchen??!) They know their business, are quick, polite and always available when you need them, at no extra charge. Wouldn't call anyone else!

We have had occasional small backups to the basement drain. Sunday the backup was more severe than usual, so on Monday, we called Roto Rooter. My wife called in the morning and scheduled a service call for after we got off work. Steve arrived and determined what was the problem. He told us what he had to do and told us the cost. He is a pleasant, friendly person and efficient at doing his job.

Thank you for a good job in a timely manner. We are having family over fro Thanksgiving and we do not need a sewer backup.

I had never called Roto-Rooter before, but now they will be the first call I make the next time I have a plumbing problem. My kitchen skink drain was clogged with standing water in it. I had already used a gallon of drain opener and used my own 25 foot, powered drain auger as far I could, spend several hours of my time trying to fix it myself and we had guests coming over later that Saturday afternoon. I called Roto-Rooter’s 800 phone line. They dispatched my request to a local service. Within a just a few hours a Roto-Rooter service technician arrive at our house. He was friendly, professional, courteous and when right to work. Within 30 minutes my kitchen was flowing freely. My experience with Roto-Rooter far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I made the call, to the time the technician left my house communication with the was great, the service was timely, the overall interaction was extremely positive. Let’s face, when your drain is jammed up and you’ve got no where else to turn, it would be easy for any company to treat you however they wanted and charge you whatever they want. But this is not the case with Roto-Rooter. They service was exceptional and the price completely fair and it’s guaranteed. I would gladly call them again without hesitation.
