Rollercade Rollerskating Rink

The worst rink I have ever seen! I wish I could give it no stars. The staff is extremely rude and racist. The rules are just plain ridiculous. The warped floor and bumps make it a health hazard as well. This rink should be shut down until they fix the floor and get friendly staff. I will never skate there again.

Will NEVER go to this place again. They overcharged several kids that showed up for skating last Fri. night. The staff was rude and talked instead of doing their jobs. When I went up the next day to speak with the owner (a older lady named Jenny), she completely blew me off, shrugged her shoulders and acted like she didn't care. Not once did she say sorry. There was another lady in the entraceway that overheard my conversation and she also complained about how her family was treated rudely by the staff that same night before and the owner also shrugged her off. What kind of business or people cheat children and treat customers that way??

I totally agree with Joe about the owners. We have been there many times before, so we went in to get my 10 year old some skates (he had been saving up his money and was so excited to get the black ones with the red wheels), anyway, the grumpy old man at the entrance was so mean and basically told my son he couldn't have the ones he wanted and tried to talk us into the $80 ones. When I told him those weren't the ones we came in for, he got sooo hateful and my son ended up in tears. I told him he just lost a customer and he said "I didn't think I had one anyway - no big deal". We'll never be back.
