Pizza Hut Spanish Lake

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I stopped in with my family for dinner after a trip to St. Louis. The store was a mess. Employees would rather stand out back smoking or talking on their cell phones than make pizzas or offer service. When we did get our food it wasn't completely cooked. When I talked to the manager Tracey she told us that was how this Pizza Hut worked and if we didn't like it we don't have to come back. This is not showing your customer they are "valued". And trust me I won't be back or offer any recommendations. I remember when this store was pretty good. But now it is a place to avoid unless you don't want service or prefer an upest stomach from uncooked food.

This pizza hut in a non-stop example of how a business should not be run. Tonight I placed an order for several sets of wings online for pickup at this location. The system took the order, said it had sent the order to the store, and sent me a confirmation email. When I went to pick them up the doors were locked and when I knocked an employee told me they were closed. I said I had a confirmation email and order number, they checked their computer, all the while I was still standing outside in the rain, and said yes they saw my order but that they closed at 10PM despite the sign on the door saying otherwise. No one called me, no email was sent that the order couldn't be processed, and the damn computer system should have been smart enough to not accept an order for a location that was closed. That's assuming of course they were really closed and not just wanting to not have to work anymore. It seemed strange that a business would have a full staff of employees hanging around a store almost a full hour after closing. This was just tonight, more than a few times I also have called an order in and been put on hold just to be disconnected, last week for example, which is why I tried their online order system. That or I am constantly being told they are out of whatever you call in to order. Enough is enough, I'm done with this company. I will not do business with any pizza hut again after tonight. If you still want to go there be my guest, but for the love of god don't go to this one.

There is a bone on My Pizza: When I called to order my food, they kept putting me on hold then hanging up the phone. When I finally get to order and get the pizza, my son bit into a nice big bone that was on it. The pizza was not even cooked thoroughly. When we tried to call and speak to the manager, he just blew us off. The store was filthy, and there were flies all over. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut again.
