OMG Your not gonna beleive this but i had a personal customer call for a referal to see what quality of my work was like and Jennifer didnt answer their question she went rambling on bout how they wouldnt hire me again and thats not what the custormer call for.So i just heard of this so i called Jennifer to ask why she cut me down that i lost a 5 thousand dollars contract and i was calling an attorney she(jennifer)told i better be taping this(which is against the law w/out someone's knowlegde)that i needed to call my f*cking attorney and rudly hung up.and one instance i was in villa hills ill and seen one of their trucks at a house next door and went to chat and see their work and it was shabby workmanship if it was my job it would had to been taken down and done again, dont worry Castle Rock i wouldnt work for you again if you was the last remodler in the world,in reality you cost me as an employee for my time and i wouldnt reccomend you to work on my barn,
I did my job and more, plus bought materail, pickin it up,and deleveries was a cost out of my pocket.

I wanted only 8 of my 11 windows replaced and Castle Rock replaced the wrong ones. Then I was forced to pay over $700 for 3 replacement windows that I didn’t want replace (these existing ones were in great condition) and because of the error they didn’t replace the 3 windows that were in the worst condition. This miscommunication could have been easily avoided if their salesman Matt did not engage in poor business practices (no use of e-mail, vague contract with no written record of exactly which windows were to be replaced). During our brief dealings there were also two other billing errors (double-charging of credit card and charging wrong amount) although these were later corrected. Castle Rock seems to be stocked with incompetent people and when they screw up you’ll get the bill.

They did a few of our neighbors first. They were pleased, so we had them install our new windows last month. They did a great job overall. Our salesman Matt was non-pushy and the office, especially Jennifer, was pleasent to work with. Their was a minor problem with one of the windows, but the next week they were out with a new part and fixed it. They do what they say they are going to when they say they're going to! I recommend them.
