Often I wait in line up to 30 min. just to pick up mail. Only one lane open of the 3 available, while the line grows out the door. To top it off, while you only see one worker, you can hear 40 in the back jiving it up. Pathetic!-

I mailed, inside your post office a very important pre-printed, postage paid envelope to a local company on January 11th at approximately 1:30 pm. As of today, January 20th they have not received it. How do I put a tracer on it?

Why is it that one day I get mail around 10 am and the next day mail comes around 7pm. I'm sick of this crap. I wish mail would come before dark! Some days we don't get mail on my street.
