User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsPaul's Market is the best in north county. Friendly staff, very helpful, and just an all-around wonderful experience. They may not advertise deals like these big chain stores, but that saves us money in the end. You need to stop by on occassion to check out the deals. Last week I got porterhouse steaks for $5.99 a pound. WOW! Stocking up! Thank you Paul's...this store is a blessing and a wonderful place to have in our community.

best around!: Paul's is the best meat market I've been to. If you are looking for that old-fashioned, get to know your butcher, kind of meat market-then Paul's is for you. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their cuts of meat. They will do special orders and their meat is very fresh. They have wonderful prices! where else in st. louis can you get an 8 oz bacon wrapped filet mignon that's fresh for 4.99?? They also have fresh vegetables and other goods like you would find in a small grocer, they carry boars head meats and cheeses and Chester fried chicken! yummy! I would definitely recommend Paul's to anyone and everyone! Even if you are not used to using a butcher shop check it out! Once you see the prices and taste the fresh meat you'll be a regular!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNo place like it: Paul's Market is a great little shop on Elizabeth that is like no other I have visited before. The staff is wonderful and always helpful, the meat is tremendous and their Boar's Head cheeses and other products are great too. Paul's is a great place to stop by, and like the other review said, their meats do great on the grill. They have a variety of sauces and rubs, along with different types of chips for the grill. The hickory chips add a wonderful flavor to any meat. Not to be missed, especially if you are in the neighborhood.
