User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought a 2007 Civic - with all the expectations of owning a reliable vehicle for years to come - WRONG - and to get anyone to help you in the service department is a complete joke - very rude , unfriendly and not willing to go the extra mile for anyone whether your there in person or calling on the phone ! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ....

Completely inept staff. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, yet the sale took 5 hours. The salesman would only speak to my husband on matters of finance, even though I was the one buying the car. Not only did they misspell my name on all the paperwork, including the title (while copying it from my drivers license), the VIN number was incorrect on the papers, making it difficult to change over the insurance. To top the experience, I was not asked if I was making a down payment, and the full amount of the car was written on the loan check from our bank. Careless, incredibly disrespectful, and completely infuriating. Never going back.

i bought a car last months with 2 months waranty . after a week i went there to fix some thing. to change a small bulb but they did not answer me . i was there almost 3 hours . the only answer they gave me was this: the sales maneger and some other group have meeting . i dont know how long they can have meeting . i am sorry about this company .
