I bought two used cars from them. The first one was sold with inspection cert even though the brakes were worn out (violation possibel?) The second one went fine till I went in for a oil change (with a coupon) which morphed from a $21.00 bill to $85.00 dollars. The service department tried to run the bill with items not requested or approved by me. In the end the bill was adjusted to $42.00. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN! WATCH OUT!

DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I have a grevence with them. they would not resolve to my saisfaction. I am picketing them. Tim Reuther told me he gave his mechanics my name, phone and home address adn they were going to pay me a visit if i did not stop picketing. Do you want to deal/give your money to someone who is willing to give out your personal information?

I had my 2004 Sebring serviced for the 60000 thousand mile service @ Ruther. The tech was MP. I went to thank him for doing a excelent job. Mt heater had stoped working but is fine now , I had a few other problems that where all fix.
