    I have been purchasing cars and vans from this store for over 35 years. They stand behind their product and really seem to care about the customer. I guess they are in it for the long haul.

    Poor service: Bought an '01 Silverado. Good experience with the sale. Bad service after the sale. Had to make several trips to get things fixed. This was a regular occurance. They did not seem to care when I filled out a survey.

    Apparently nothing has changed with GM. Have not bought a car from GM in 20 yrs and no plans to even look at one.
