I would not go back: I asked to get a patch for my tire. They ended up giving me a plug instead without even telling me. My husband pointed it out when I got home and said that I should go back. I called and the manager said I could bring it back in and they'd patch it. When I went up there, the man that put in the plug was there. I was very friendly and explained that I wanted a patch. He then became really irate and ranted that a plug was fine. He was too busy to fix it because he had three other cars to do. If I left my car, that maybe he could get to it today. At that point, I didn't want someone hostile touching my car. I asked if I could just get my money back, which was only $12. He said "I'm not giving you your money back". I was shocked by his demeanor, since I was very polite. My husband ended up going back up there and talked to a manager who basically blew him off, but did at least give us our money back. We also asked for the owners telephone number, but they just gave us the Amoco phone number. I will be writing a letter to the company to make sure that this man does not speak others in the manner that I was spoken to. It's a shame because when I like a place, I will tell everyone I know to go there.
