User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt's terrible when a karaoke host plays favorites. I got to Charlies at 830 on this one Friday pm. I put my songs in right away. When I first arrived there were 4 other people there. By the time I got up to sing 11 other people had been before me. What was worse, several people who sang after me, got up for their second turn before I did. The host was drunk, rude and unfair. The bartender was just an idiot! She would rather flirt with gross men then wait on customers...also drunk off her butt! Needless to say...I won't be back. Neither will the 12 people I brought with me! Can I put a negative star for this review?

I went there once and it smelled like urine really bad. There was a lot of creepy guys there, too. I do not recommend you go there, especially girls who are alone.

Karaoke six nights a week, Monday thru Saturday, 9:00PM - 1:00AM. Just pick a night. Whatever goes with your scheduld. Upstairs bar has juke box, very laid back. Downstair bar has pool tables and Karaoke. Two different atmospheres in one building. If you don't like Karaoke or that particular song, just take a trip to the upstairs bar. The bartenders are very customer oriented and management is always there. A really great time is had by all.

Come to Chazzez Place on Lackland Avenue in Overland. I never play favorites and the order always stays the same. I'm like you, I hate favoritism in Karaoke.
