User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsNot bad for concerts!: This was the first time I had been to the Family Arena out in St. Charles and it was to see INXS with Marty Casey and The Lovehammers. When I got into the place, I didn't think there was going to be much to be inpressed about in terms of sound, but I was wrong. As soon as the show started, the drums from Casey's band sounded incredible in there. All of the parts were clear and discernable as well. It wasn't until INXS got on that the mix took a turn downhill, but I really have to think it could not be the fault of the building. Certainly would go back for other concerts with no hesitation.
