Best Creme Horns in World: If you've only had those pitiful little pre-packaged creme horns from the grocery store, you're in for a wonderful surprise. Once you see and taste the HUGE, flaky, delicious creme horns from this bakery, you'll never waste another penny on those stale knock-offs from a grocery store again. Well worth the trip if you live in or are traveling through Missouri.

The best donuts around: I grew up in a small town near Montgomery City and everytime I get the chance to head that way early in the morning on a Saturday, I make plans to stop for donuts. It used to be Joe's Pastries. But whoever bought it has done a great job with keeping the donuts the same. They are delicious. Like Krispy Kreme's the glazed donuts are best when warm but don't let that stop you. Heat them up in a microwave and they are still good. While you're at it be sure to try one of the carmel iced long johns and the glazed cake donuts. If you want to have some great little dollar roll sandwiches be sure to get some of their egg bread rolls. They are great. They sell out quickly on a Saturday so it might be best to order your dozen ahead of time. You're going to love it! They are like no other donuts I know. Big chain groceries and Dunkin Donuts have nothing on these folks. Small town, home baked taste is the best!
