    RR replaces Carlos' Rest (now out of business) as the most romantic place for a date. Not fancy nor white table cloth elegant, but has so much personality it wins hands down. Long standing history as a New London pub. The prices, food, and service are super! Eclectic menu to the max. You will not be let down.

    I am going to go out on a limb and say this is the best restaurant in New London. I have NEVER been disappointed, and I am quite picky. Reasonable prices, amazing food, great service, and a good bar. If you haven't tried the Roost yet you are missing out!

    Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing owner, amazing look and feel. This place is fantastic, the food is amazing...great depth to even simple stuff like their house salad. Great pizzas (garlic chicken or bacon tomato are the best); tex-mex is out of this world. Brian, the owner and cook, goes out of his way to make anyone and everyone feel welcome in this charming hole in the wall. Give it a try!
