I am very disappointed with the service of China King. I called several hours before I actually placed an order to make sure that I was within their delivery zone, and they assured me that I was. I ordered food 2 hours before it was actually delivered, and I obviously received very cold and dry food. When I called to complain, I was told that I should be happy that I received food because I was not in their delivery zone. What??? There was also a ton of other excuses that were spouted off to me about why it was not their fault that this happened. Being in the restaraunt business for 10+ years, I know what it takes to make a customer happy, and one of the big no no's is to blame your problems on the customer, and to not be willing to do anything rational to fix the situation and make sure that the customer returns. This company will never get my business again, and I will make sure that every person that I know will find out about my experience (which, being a bartender, I come in contact with a lot of people and I hope that this spreads as far as possible). Hopefully, they will see this and try to do something for me to keep me from spitting on the name of their restaurant. I have NEVER had a worse experience!!!
