I gave this Resturant four stars; not only because of the food; but more importantly, the service. I go to this resturant a couple times a week, and sometimes I sit and watch the team work amungst the Waitresses there. It's almost an art how they cover eachother by taking orders, sitting people, and getting the food to folks as quickly as possible, with a smile. I've gotten to know some of the Waitresses. They all have Families, and children at home, {thier reason for working}, like most of us. They all have money problems, and personal problems, like most of us. But you'll never hear them complaining about it. They just bring the orders, and serve the customers as best as they can. And believe me, they put up with some hard to please people, who somehow forget that these Girls are Human. But you'll never hear them complain about it. I myself, used to tip a waitress by how well i felt she was there for my every need. Then I sit and watched the way some people treat these Lay's because they didn't get to them as quickly as they thought they should. I was ashamed I ever acted that way. I see real people, with they same wants and needs I have being there to bring me the food I ordered. Not to be my slave. I just wanted to thank all of the fine people who are there for us when we come there to eat. Thank You Lady's, and Gentelmen.
