    Dexter Walmart might want to emphasize that smiling at the customer is good for customer relations and heaving sighs as you are helping the customer probably doesn't help either.

    I see nothing wrong with the Dexter Wal-Mart. It is a good one.

    This is the worst walmart I have ever been to. The service is lousy. Most other Wal-Marts are very courteous and helpful, especially when exchanging items. The customer service at Dexter is so unfriendly and most always show their negative side. I drive to Sikeston or Cape for better service and I only live 6 miles from Dexter Wal-Mart.
    I bought a Gateway computer at Wal-mart and wanted to exchange it for a different computer. There was nothing wrong with it, but I just wanted a less complicated one. I did not have the receipt and they would not even exchange the computer. That is just one experience I have had there. I could mention others, but not enough room. Thanks for letting me vent.
